This is where the project begins to take shape in a more defined way. Together, we explore design options that reflect your style, how you want the space to function, and the level of investment involved. If you already have a lookbook, inspiration photos, or ideas you’ve been collecting, we welcome that as part of the conversation. If you do not, that is completely fine too - we will help guide you through the process. Whether you are working with our team or your own designer, this stage helps create a strong foundation for the decisions ahead.

3. Selections & Design Finalization

This is where you make the key decisions about the look and feel of your space. From materials and finishes to layout details and fixtures, you have the final say in the selections that shape your renovation. We are there to offer recommendations, practical guidance, and support along the way, helping bring your vision to life in a way that feels both beautiful and workable. If you are working with a designer, this stage also helps make sure the design carries through clearly as the project moves forward.

4. Proposal & Project Review

At this stage, we present a detailed proposal that brings together your selections, design direction, preliminary pricing, and construction timelines. We review everything with you so you have a clear understanding of the project scope, budget, and what the next steps will involve. If any adjustments are needed, we can talk through them together before moving forward. With that work completed, the project is ready to move into construction.

5. Permits & Scheduling

Once the plans have been finalized, we take care of the next steps needed before construction begins. This includes preparing documentation, coordinating permit submissions where required, and organizing the construction schedule.

Once construction begins, our team manages the work through each phase of the build. From demolition to installation and finishing details, we coordinate the project carefully while keeping you informed along the way. Our focus during this stage is on carrying the work through with consistency, care, and attention to the details that matter. You can expect regular communication throughout the process, including updates on progress and any issues that may need to be addressed as the work moves forward.

7. Completion & Final Walkthrough

Once your renovation is complete, we schedule a final walkthrough with you to make sure everything meets your expectations. This is an opportunity to review the finished space together, address any final touch-ups, and ensure the project is ready for handoff. We also arrange for professional cleaning so your home feels ready to enjoy from the moment we hand it back.
